Cancellation and
Non-Attendance Policy

Our commitment to your care

At Dani Bee Podiatry, appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient. Late cancellations and non-attendance make it difficult for us to offer that appointment to another patient who may be waiting for care.

By making a booking, attending Dani Bee Podiatry, requesting or accepting treatment, it is acknowledged and agreed that these terms and conditions are accepted, including responsibility for payment of all applicable fees.

Cancellations

We ask that patients provide at least 48 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

 

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may attract a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the consultation fee.

Non-Attendance

If a patient does not attend a scheduled appointment, this may attract a non-attendance fee of up to 100% of the consultation fee.

 

Patients who arrive too late for treatment and need to be rescheduled may also be treated as a non-attendance.

NDIS Appointments

Where the required notice is not provided, or where a participant does not attend a scheduled appointment, the clinic may submit an NDIS cancellation claim for up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
